Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager (Portuguese/English) to lead and moderate a new online community for traders in Brazil. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between the organization and clients, fostering active participation across various community channels such as news updates, polls, learning events, competitions, and private sessions. This role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to deliver value-added experiences and support client retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Moderate and Manage Community Spaces:
Oversee day-to-day interactions across platforms like Telegram, Circle, or others, ensuring a respectful and professional environment.
• Content Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and tools to distribute market news, daily updates, educational insights, and interactive polls in Portuguese.
• Drive Engagement:
Spark conversations, organize polls and competitions, host community learning events, and encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
• Client Support & Feedback Loop:
Act as the first point of contact for community members, addressing concerns or redirecting to relevant departments. Gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
• Private Sessions & Learning Initiatives:
Coordinate or moderate exclusive sessions with educators or analysts, and track attendance and engagement metrics.
• Performance Tracking:
Monitor community metrics such as growth, retention, engagement, and content effectiveness. Propose data-driven enhancements.
Requirements:
• Native or fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in online community management, client support, or educational content moderation
• Strong interest or knowledge in financial markets, trading, or investing
• Familiarity with platforms like Telegram, Circle, Discord, or similar
• Understanding of AI-generated content and automation tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive mindset
