Ad Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Ad Operations Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of our AdTech Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming customer data into actionable insights and driving impactful digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement effective campaigns that optimize for performance and comply with industry standards.
* Implement tags, establish MMP integrations, and resolve any technical difficulties related to ad delivery and campaign performance measurement.
* Oversee the implementation of new platforms utilized for tracking performance.
* Strategic thinking to identify and trouble shoot issues and implementation skills to fulfill tagging requirements of product teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 3-5+ years of experience in ad operations.
* Strong understanding of digital ad trafficking processes, ad serving technologies, and industry standards.
* Expert in Google Analytics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to see projects through to completion.
About the Role:
This role will report to the North America Digital Experience Engineer Manager. Travel may include approximately 15% of work time. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in Ad Operations to enable campaign effectiveness and optimize for performance.
