Job Description:
The position of Technical Program Manager/Delivery Manager entails overseeing the delivery of key projects for prominent clients across multiple technological platforms, leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget by collaborating with technology teams.
* Promote seamless communication with customer stakeholders to guarantee that project objectives are well-defined and documented in accordance with established standards.
* Lead teams across various technologies, promoting collaboration and productivity.
* Cultivate quality control procedures through partnership with PMO to ensure high standards of delivery.
* Serve as primary point of contact for Customer needs, navigating expectations and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
* Conduct regular meetings with Customers and Management to review service/project performance.
* Prevent service credits/penalties.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and hold extensive experience in software development project management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills are essential for engaging effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with diverse project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL) is mandatory. Additionally, possessing a problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex project challenges is crucial.
