Job Title: Enterprise Business Solutions Manager
About the Role:
This position involves serving as a key liaison between technology and business areas, identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate business problems and assess the potential for automated solutions.
* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
* Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs.
* Analyze business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address the needs of business partners.
Leadership and Expertise:
* Recognized as a subject matter expert in the sub-function, typically achieved through advanced education and work experience.
* Responsibilities include managing large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management.
* Provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
* Address IT-related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
* Serve as an expert within the discipline.
Qualifications:
* Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
* Skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritization, business/insurance acumen, and IT processes and systems.
* Exceptional verbal, analytical, and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
