Technical Interview Specialist
Flocareer is a leading platform for conducting unbiased, structured technical interviews. As a Freelance Technical Interviewer, you will play a key role in evaluating candidates' skills and helping organizations build world-class teams.
This is a freelance, remote role with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling. You will work independently to conduct online interviews, assess candidates' coding skills, and provide detailed feedback.
* Conduct technical interviews online across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
We also seek professionals with expertise in specialized domains such as Machine Learning / AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Mobile Developers.
In addition to the above domains, we are also looking for professionals with expertise in areas such as Blockchain Developers, Salesforce Developers, and SAP Consultants.
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
* Be based in LATAM.
* Have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain.
* Have strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training is preferred.
* Have excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Be able to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
