PURPOSE
As Specialist CTC, you will be the key connector between Local Product Strategy and Local Marketplace Execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that Sports categories strategies and seasonal concepts are flawlessly translated into impactful product assortments and consumer experiences in the marketplace. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Sports across all consumer touchpoints, responsible for connection with Soucing timelines, planning, Merchandising, and DTC teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Own the seasonal CTC planning process for the Sports category, ensuring alignment between Global, Market
PMO of local projects
Translate global Training strategies into locally relevant assortments, stories, and go-to-market plans.
Work closely with Merchandising to build consumer-focused, channel-appropriate product ranges.
Partner with Brand Activation to define and brief impactful storytelling moments across the consumer journey.
Drive post-season analysis to optimize future strategies and product performance.
Ensure consistent and premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints, both digital and physical

Deep understanding of the Training / Running consumer and cultural relevance.
Sourcing connection / organization and planning.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with analytical and commercial acumen.
Experience in sports/fashion industry preferred.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
