About the Role
We are looking for a Traveler Support Specialist (French & English) who brings a true service mindset shaped by high-end hospitality or tailor‑made travel environments. This is not a traditional support role. You will act as a trusted point of contact for high‑value travelers, managing complex and sensitive situations with autonomy, precision, and discretion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to investigate issues, anticipate needs, and deliver thoughtful, high‑quality solutions.
Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑negotiable)
Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or high‑end customer service environments and related industries
Full flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
Strong knowledge of tourist destinations
Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
Experience working in international, cross‑functional environments
Fluency in a third language
