Job Purpose and Impact
Occupational Health Manager is a doctor, licensed to practice in your country.
We seek a professional with the interpersonal skills to provide health and wellness training and education and employee health services for our large employee population, with capabilities to deploy Cargill occupational health strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Using business knowledge, organize and coordinate health and wellness education for a large corporation.
Provide medical oversight and day-to-day support site occupational health teams
Coordinate employee injury management together with insurance companies or other management agencies from the different countries of the region
Upon direction from the occupational health lead, conduct training in various health courses.
Coordinate activities of other professional staff, such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioner and physical therapists, for a large organization.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions, with support of human resources and aligned with EHS team.
Work together with human resources to improve wellness programs, absenteeism management and other related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in medicine with occupational health specialty (post graduated)
Experience in execution/implementation the Program Occupational Medicine
Extensive knowledge of Brazil legal requirements regarding occupational health
Intermediate English - preferred
