Job Description Essa posição é para atuar em regime presencial, em Contagem, Minas Gerais. Who will you be working with? The Integration department is responsible for providing requirements for all departments involved in the planning, development and maintenance of the PTC solutions provided by Wabtec to ensure quality, compatibility, and proper documentation. How will you make a difference? As part of the Integration department, your role will be to oversee the consolidation of system requirements, ensuring alignment between clients and development teams. You will contribute to improving and validating software architecture solutions and guarantee proper documentation of integrated tests. You will also analyze issues to identify possible causes and guide development teams in finding solutions, while supporting product deployment and maintenance. In addition, you will lead and coordinate the Integrated Testing team, ensuring clear distribution of tasks, alignment of priorities and adherence to project timelines. You will act as a technical reference, mentoring colleagues in complex analyses and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by standardizing methods and processes across the Integration Lab. This role will also support management in defining technical scope and aligning resources to customer demands, including Rumo, MRS, VLI, Vale PoC and PTC 2.0 projects. What do we want to know about you? Previous experience in railway operations. Advanced English communicating skills. Intermediate/Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio). Experience writing system requirements. Experience creating test cases and knowledge in programming languages. Knowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban and others. Windows operating systems. Knowledge in elaboration of work effort estimates. Knowledge elaborating technical specification documents. What will your typical day look like? Plan and supervise day-to-day activities of the testing team, monitoring workload and reallocating resources when necessary. Act as the primary interface between the Integration Laboratory and other engineering segments, ensuring alignment of technical and business expectations. Mentor junior and mid-level team members, supporting their technical and professional growth. Ensure communication flow between the team, project managers, and leadership. Coordinate reporting and progress updates, consolidating information for higher management. Oversee the use of control tools (ELM, DevOps) and encourage automation initiatives to improve efficiency and traceability. Promote standardized methods and processes, fostering consistency and continuous improvement in testing practices. Track integrated tests progress. Analyze bugs and defects and propose solutions to improve the product. Elaborate work estimates. Communicate results to leadership.
