Public Sector Business Development Assistant
Description:
We are looking for a motivated student to join our international team and support business development activities in the public sector across various countries. The ideal candidate will be part of a diverse and collaborative team spread across multiple locations, working closely with experienced professionals to identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities in different areas.
This role involves scouting and assessing opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries. Additionally, you will support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation. You will also create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements. Furthermore, you will collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector will be seen as a plus
