Responsibilities and Assignments
* Extract reports on the costs of the resources needed to complete the productive activities or services of the project, performing their correct classification;
* Assist in the survey of average costs, stock balance, and accounting reconciliations;
* Monitor the cost projections of the financial indicators for budget forecasting;
* Collect and organize relevant data for cost analysis (information about materials, labor, equipment, services, and other resources necessary for the project execution);
* Register and classify the costs associated with each activity or task of the project (direct, indirect costs) accurately;
* Regularly update the spreadsheets and systems used for cost control, including the identification of possible deviations;
* Assist in the preparation of cost reports, providing updated and accurate data.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Enrolled in or graduated from Civil Engineering;
* Experience in companies in the Civil Construction segment;
* Advanced Excel.
