We are seeking a talented SAP ABAP developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining complex business applications using the SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ABAP programming, as well as a strong understanding of SAP data structures, including CDS views and AMDP. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient data interfaces between SAP systems and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing inbound and outbound interfaces that map SAP data to external specifications
* Supporting one-time historical data loads, including transactional and master data
* Maintaining daily data feeds, covering materials, locations, inventory balances, open orders, BOM/routings, delivery schedules, and more
* Ensuring accuracy and consistency of SAP master and transactional data entering external platforms
* Troubleshooting edge cases where SAP structures don't align with external requirements
* Supporting UAT and early-use testing as external systems start consuming live data
Requirements:
* Strong background in ABAP programming and SAP data structures
* Experience with CDS views and AMDP
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
