**Your new role**:
Under the guidance of the Head of Games & Home Ent., Latam, serves as the lead for the execution of the Home Entertainment Strategies for Transactional Digital Video, based in the company’s business plan and revenue objectives.
**Your role accountabilities**:
- Develop, Prepare & Present to all clients the Company’s new release slate of films via quarterly roadshow presentations, and negotiate on a title-by-title bases as much client support (featuring, CRM, specialized rooms and other call-outs, etc.) as is possible;
- Develop, Prepare & Present to all clients customized and client-specific quarterly promotional calendar offers via quarterly roadshow presentations, and negotiate on a promotion-by-promotion basis as much client support (featuring, CRM, specialized rooms and other call-outs, etc.) as is possible;
- Serve as the daily point-of-contact for the entire client base, promptly attending to all client requests, concerns and any other client matter;
- Provide client view, expertise and input on all New Release Title & Catalog Promotion marketing campaigns proposed by Marketing Team, and otherwise work in close collaboration with Marketing on all Home Ent. matters;
- Serve as point person for developing and recommending pricing for all Titles, including re-pricing during each Title’s life-cycle, including temporary discounts and permanent repricing, and oversee pricing analyses;
- Develop and implement catalog promotion campaigns, including proposed titles, price points, themes, drafting opportunities and timeframes, and conduct post-mortems;
- Support & collaborate on all budgeting and forecasting Home Ent. matters;
- Participate and provide the Brazil input as warranted on all Global Account (Amazon, Apple & Google) and all other calls conducted by Home Ent. executives in Burbank;
- Serve as point person for the development and execution of the Home Ent. strategies for Brazil, based the Brazilian Home Ent. market and client dynamics, the Company’s slate of films, and any other material considerations;
- Audit client performance of agreed-to obligations, and enact and execute strategies to correct any non-compliance;
- Serve as Brazil lead on all Home Ent. business development opportunities and initiatives;
**Qualification & Experiencie**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Marketing related fields
- Solid experience in Sales (preferably in a B2C company), Marketing or related areas.
- Advanced english
- Knowledge in data and operations management (through Excel and Power Point): dealing with databases and complex spreadsheets
