Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Working knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows is essential.
* Previous experience leading a support team is necessary.
* Experience in running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications is vital.
* Proficiency in ITIL processes, specifically change, release, and incident management.
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
* Open Banking experience is highly desirable.
* Fluency in French (B2 or above) is an asset.
