The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our elite remote team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the next generation of our lending platform.
* Lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications using TypeScript + Next.js
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction
* Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver meaningful features quickly
* Mentor junior/intermediate engineers and raise the bar on code quality
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React
* Strong experience with MongoDB, Redis, Docker
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote and autonomous environment
* Bonus: Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, fintech/lending background
