 
        
        Business Analyst/Tester Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst/Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst/Tester, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing and configuring solutions to meet organizational goals. You will also be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing training materials, and facilitating learning sessions for end-users.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT). They will also have experience in business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams. Additionally, they will have basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as effective oral and written communication skills. They will also have strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
 * Gather and document business requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
 * Business process analysis: Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
 * Solution design & configuration: Collaborate closely with IT and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
 * Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
 * Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
 * Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate clearly with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
 * Continuous improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation, monitor solution performance, and iterate on Salesforce configurations for ongoing optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
