? Must-Have Skills
Strong experience withEKS / Kubernetesin production
Deep hands-on knowledge ofMongoDB & Atlas(scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
Proficiency inPython and/or Go
Fluent inPortuguese + English
Solid DevOps/SRE principles & real-world troubleshooting ability

MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node)
Infrastructure-as-Code withTerraform
Monitoring & Observability:Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Experience debuggingdatabase contention/concurrencyat scale

Debug and resolve production issues quickly and systematically
