About Us: Goal Cleaning LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company serving the Greater Philadelphia area. We are expanding our marketing efforts and looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support our campaigns and systems. Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience using Go High Level. This role will support daily marketing operations, manage automations, and help generate and nurture leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Go High Level CRM, pipelines, and contacts
Build and maintain funnels, email, and SMS campaigns
Set up and monitor automations and workflows
Assist with lead generation and follow-ups
Update landing pages and marketing content
Track campaign performance and report results
Requirements:
Proven experience with Go High Level (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing or lead generation
Familiarity with social media management
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Google, Facebook)
Compensation: $5 per hour, up to 15 hours per week
