* Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and propose architectural improvements to optimize platform performance and reliability;
* Provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team, promoting best development practices and contributing to team growth.
Essential Skills:
* Experience with the NET/C# ecosystem for backend development and React for frontend in cloud-based environments;
* Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
* Knowledge of database systems, security principles, and testing frameworks;
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
