Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Cutover Specialist to lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. You should have a strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects is required.
Prior experience with successful cutovers to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall project methodologies are preferred skills.
