Sales Manager Dental Profitability Platform (Remote)


About Us


We're a fast-growing, U.S.-based Dental Profitability Platform helping independent dental practices become more profitable, efficient, and competitive. We do this through smarter pricing, automation, AI tools, and strategic vendor partnerships.

This isn't a traditional company. We combine a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), SaaS technology, AI-driven automation, a vendor marketplace, and practice growth solutions into one platform.

We're in a high-growth phase and looking for a driven Sales Manager to help build and scale our sales organization — working directly alongside the founder.


The Role


This is not a typical sales management position. You'll play a critical role in building, managing, and scaling our revenue operations from the ground up. It's a high-impact opportunity with a clear path into senior leadership.

You'll be responsible for:

* Managing and growing the sales pipeline
* Building and improving sales processes
* Recruiting and training sales representatives
* Driving partnerships and vendor relationships
* Helping scale our overall growth strategy


What You'll Do


Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

* Manage inbound and outbound sales initiatives
* Build and optimize the sales process
* Track pipeline activity and sales performance
* Improve close rates and execution
* Support strategic partnerships and vendor relationships

Team Building & Management

* Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
* Support performance management and accountability
* Build a high-performance sales culture
* Help shape commission structures and KPIs

CRM & Sales Operations

* Manage CRM workflows and pipeline organization
* Ensure consistent follow-up and lead management
* Build SOPs and scalable sales processes
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Client & Vendor Relations

* Build relationships with dental offices and vendors
* Conduct demos and sales presentations
* Ensure strong onboarding and customer experience
* Identify upsell and growth opportunities


What We're Looking For


Required:

* Fluent / near-native English
* Strong communication and sales skills
* Highly organized and execution-focused
* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Comfortable working directly with leadership

Preferred:

* Experience working with U.S.-based companies
* Previous sales management, business development, or startup experience
* Dental industry or SaaS sales experience
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
* Vendor partnerships or account management background


Compensation & Growth

* Base salary: R$5,000/month, plus performance-based commission
* Significant earning upside through commissions and bonuses
