We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Brazil and expand our presence across South America.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
* Identify and secure new customers, exploring opportunities for new product projects.
* Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and address technical/commercial issues.
* Prepare technical documents for bidding and tendering.
* Monitor competitors and ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience and network in power AMI, distribution products, water/gas meters, or communication modules.
* Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
* Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Willing to travel frequently for business within Brazil and overseas.
