* Evaluation: Compare qualifications to job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews.
* Advertising: Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
* Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Process Improvement: Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations in LATAM and the U.S.
