This remote role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled PIM team in leveraging the inRiver platform to enhance product information workflows.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the inRiver PIM/ any PIM implementation and support team, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous skill development.Drive the design and deployment of scalable PIM solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.Ensure robust data governance, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product information.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and marketing, to align PIM initiatives with organizational goals.Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of PIM-related issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.Develop and maintain documentation for PIM processes, standards, and configurations.Stay updated on the latest inRiver PIM platform features and industry trends to continuously improve solution delivery.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the PIM platform (preferably - inRiver PIM System)Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within Product Information Management.Advanced to fluent English proficiency with excellent communication skills.College degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or higher is preferred.Strong understanding of data governance principles and PIM best practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a remote, distributed team environment.Background in IT services or technology consulting sectors.Certifications related to PIM or project management.Familiarity with other PIM platforms or complementary digital commerce technologies.
