Within this team, we are responsible for managing the systems used for product development, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business strategy. You will engage with multiple cross-functional teams to enable the delivery of products from design to development, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical execution. This role in summary As a Senior Analyst and Product Owner, you will maximize business value by gathering, prioritizing, and assessing work for a product team to ensure alignment with the company's vision. You will serve as the primary "voice of the customer," managing the program roadmap and backlog to ensure successful delivery of high-impact product features. Your responsibilities will include Backlog & Priority Management: Continually re-prioritize and adjust the program backlog based on evolving stakeholder needs and business value. Stakeholder Representation: Act as the public face of the team to stakeholders, negotiating scope, funding, schedule, and resolving conflicts in business processes. Vision & Roadmap: Define product features and maintain the overall program roadmap, ensuring clear understanding of interactions and dependencies between workstreams. User Story Development: Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and accept the team's work as "done" or "not done" based on defined quality standards. Team Education: Educate the team on the business domain and help them gain access to expert stakeholders to improve delivery quality. Execution & Demo: Lead sprint and release planning, set goals, and demo solutions to stakeholders while coaching team members on presentation. Value Accountability: Accountable for ensuring maximum value to the business by deciding what to build and in what order. Status Reporting: Report program status regularly to leadership, ensuring transparency on progress and potential bottlenecks. Minimum requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Language: Fluent proficiency in English. Experience: 3 years of experience in project management or product ownership, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Agile Software Development Methodologies and the product life cycle. Preferred skills and experiences Software & PPM Tools: Proven experience using Planisware or similar Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner, or Certified SAFe Product Owner. Global Collaboration: Proven experience working with large, globally distributed teams. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to influence and deliver results through others.
