Customer Success Engineer Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage technical knowledge, client-facing experiences, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver great experiences to clients.




Key Responsibilities:



* New User Onboarding: Guide new users through setup, best practices, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration.

* Tech Knowledge Sharing: Document technical learnings, common patterns, and solutions derived from real customer interactions to create valuable knowledge assets.

* Documentation and Tutorials: Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample projects to support customers in achieving their goals.

* Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support via multiple channels to help users troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams to debug production issues and prioritize fixes to ensure high-quality product performance.

* User Architecture: Help users architect scalable and efficient deployments using our platform.

* Customer Engagement: Lead customer-facing technical sessions, demos, and Q&As to build strong relationships and drive business growth.





Requirements:



* Developer-Facing Experience: 2+ years in a developer-facing or technical support role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, etc.).

* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

* Open-Source Models: Experience working with open-source generative AI models.

* Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).

* APIs and Deployment Workflows: Experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows.

* Complex Concept Explanation: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
