About the Role
* Develop relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building strong connections.
* Maintain successful communication to ensure existing revenue growth, as well as identify new opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
* Champion customer needs and work with internal teams to translate feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing roles within rapidly growing startups.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, prioritizing their satisfaction and success consistently.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize work effectively in fast-paced environments.
