Job Overview
This senior-level Agile facilitator position is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise and be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agile Delivery & Facilitation:
* Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives to ensure project success.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health metrics such as capacity and velocity while managing scope accordingly.
* Determine impediments affecting project progress and develop strategies for removal or mitigation.
