We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and success of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. They should also have experience working with at least 10 accounts as an Account Manager in agencies, demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be able to lead client meetings and discussions with ease, requiring fluency in English. They will also possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaising with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication.
* Leading discussions on results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations and campaign goals.
* Taking charge of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns succeed beyond expectations.
* Providing essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
* Working on creating a good relationship with the clients in order to grow their portfolio with us via upsells.
* Ensuring client retention by taking proactive measures to maintain client satisfaction.
