Description:
· Recruit solid information technology and engineering professionals in different countries, such as Brazil, Colombia, United States, Mexico, Canada, etc.
· Execute sourcing and engagement strategies designed to identify qualified active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify qualified, diverse, and talented candidates;
maintain current marketknowledge and external trends.
· Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in dynamic hiring candidate experiences.
· Work on the job description and job posting for each assigned open requirement to be able to post on social media.
· Execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers.
· Execute recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, research, cold calling, and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and performance criteria.
· Maintain the data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
· Ability to work well in a team environment and maximize team performance, while maintaining a working environment that’s fun and professionally rewarding
· Ability to balance and manage many simultaneous competing priorities with multiple profiles.
· Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information.
· Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office (e.G, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), career portals and AI Tools.
· Demonstrate responsibility by independently managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality work standards in a remote environment.
· Previous IT Recruiting experience is preferred.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Good Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
