Under general guidance completes the following activities:
1. Generates internal operational reports and/or according to customer requests.
2. Follow operational indicators (SLA's and KPI's) and gives suggestions to improve productivity.
3. Follow up operations related to collection, delivery and transfer.
4. Support the coordination of activities of receipt, storage, validate process, separation and shipment of packages.
5. Follow activities related to risk management and communicate pending matters to the Security sector.
6. Coordinate storage and cleaning of the warehouse.
7. Provide and monitor the dispatch of all documentation and pre-alerts, follow deadlines achievement, plan and arrange shipments according to the network and support the coordination of administrative activities in the sector.
8. Execute inventory of goods and packages.
9. Participate in the planning, preparation and execution of the inventory cycle.
10. Update information in systems, such as ERP and WMS.
11. Train the Handlers in operational activities.
12. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
• High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
• 1 Year in Clerical Position
