Initiative Owner and Delivery Leader
We are seeking an experienced delivery professional to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. This role requires a strong leader who can translate business priorities into actionable plans, drive clarity across teams, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
As an initiative owner, you will be responsible for building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination. You will also partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
