Marketing Specialist - Healthcare Recruitment
A dedicated marketing professional is required to drive our mission of connecting doctors with underserved communities. We're looking for someone to work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns that attract qualified doctors to these regions.
About the Role
This role involves working in two high-impact phases:
1. Attracting Quality Doctors
o Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to underserved communities
2. Helping Doctors Build Their Practice
o Lead efforts to build visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing, helping doctors launch with confidence, build a steady patient flow, and establish long-term relationships
Responsibilities
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies for doctor placement
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Run digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to build awareness and trust
* Manage content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establish marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measure and optimize campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
* Manage 1 Marketing trainee
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English proficiency (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or startups
* B2B and B2C experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* Flexibility with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
