Account Manager Role Overview
This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
Main Responsibilities:
* Own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
* Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of Conduit's services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile.
