Project Coordinator Role
At the heart of every successful project lies a skilled coordinator who brings order and precision to the team’s efforts. We’re seeking an exceptional individual to fill this critical role, supporting our research projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and objectives, working closely with the Operations Manager and UX Researchers.
* Provide regular updates on project status to clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor budgets, costs, and timelines using Google Sheets or similar tools, identifying potential variances early to ensure timely interventions.
* Support cross-functional research project teams, guiding team members in their tasks to ensure alignment with study objectives.
* Ensure research protocols are followed, high-quality data is collected, validated, and stored accurately, and participant progress is monitored effectively.
* Collaborate with the Panel Management team to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant engagement.
* Document best practices, FAQs, and template materials to streamline future projects and improve operational efficiency.
* Log technical issues and escalate them to the relevant internal teams for prompt resolution.
* Contribute ideas to enhance internal processes and reduce manual effort, such as suggesting automations or integrations with product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed environment.
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success supporting multi-phase projects or studies.
* Familiarity with project-management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
* Experience in user-experience research, market research, or technical product teams.
* Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or help content.
* Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
