Job Title: Automation Expertise Developer
Carepod, a top humidifier brand operating globally, is seeking an Automation Expertise Developer to create efficient workflows and eliminate manual work across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop intelligent automations for marketing, operations, customer support, and reporting systems throughout the organization
- Integrate tools like Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, Zendesk
- Design workflows using Zapier / Make / n8n + Large Language Models such as ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude etc.
- Identify process inefficiencies and turn them into systematic solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
