 
        
        We are seeking an accomplished IT Recruitment Specialist to spearhead our technical talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and placing top IT professionals in LATAM-based companies.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, a deep understanding of technology trends, and excellent communication skills in English.
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
 * Proven track record of recruiting for diverse IT roles.
 * Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
 * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
