Market Expansion Director
We are seeking a strategic Market Expansion Director to drive our growth in Latin America.
* This role requires developing high-value relationships with key carrier and wholesale partners across the region, identifying opportunities for expansion and securing long-term competitiveness.
* The successful candidate will negotiate agreements with major LATAM carriers to expand our network footprint and service portfolio in the region.
* This position involves cultivating a robust network of strategic channel and alliance partners to drive scalable distribution of our services.
* A strong focus on pipeline generation is required, establishing a pipeline focused on multi-year revenue potential from new partnerships, joint ventures, and wholesale capacity swaps.
* Market Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive LATAM Carrier Business Development plan.
* Partnership Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and negotiate agreements with major LATAM carriers.
* Ecosystem Building: Cultivate a robust network of strategic channel and alliance partners.
* Pipeline Generation: Establish a pipeline focused on multi-year revenue potential.
* Cultural Acumen: Leverage regional knowledge and fluency in local business practices to effectively structure and manage relationships across diverse LATAM territories.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives, strong market analysis and strategy development capabilities, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
