Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
About this Role:
We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and GTM roles in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping hiring plans, influencing decisions with market data, and building diverse pipelines in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define talent needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes.
* Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelines.
* Analyze talent market research to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
* Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow.
* Leverage AI and recruiting technology to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including DEI programs, interview calibration, and talent analytics.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
* Strong understanding of talent market trends and competitor analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
