What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? - Executar manutenÃ-ão preventiva e corretiva predial conforme metodologia e polÃticas internas; - Acompanhar empresas contratadas, garantindo normas de qualidade, seguranÃ-a e meio ambiente; - Cumprir indicadores de manutenÃ-ão e identificar melhorias na produtividade; - Gerenciar ordens de serviÃ-o, registrando anomalias, aÃ-ões e solicitaÃ-ões no sistema; - Realizar descarte correto de resÃduos e consumo consciente de recursos naturais; - Executar serviÃ-os de pintura, alvenaria e hidráulica; - Manter tubulaÃ-ões hidráulicas, desentupir redes, substituir válvulas e realizar manutenÃ-ão preventiva e corretiva; - Realizar manutenÃ-ão em sistemas de água potável, combate a incêndio e sanitários; - Aplicar revestimento em paredes com papel e materiais plásticos para acabamento. Quais os Requisitos? - Experiência e conhecimento prático em pintura utilizando tinta epóxi e poliuretano (PU); - Será um diferencial certificaÃ-ão ou habilitaÃ-ão para execuÃ-ão de trabalhos em altura, conforme normas de seguranÃ-a; - AtenÃ-ão a detalhes para garantir qualidade no acabamento da pintura; - Compromisso com as práticas de seguranÃ-a e uso correto dos EPIs (Equipamentos de ProteÃ-ão Individual).
