About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Customer Service platform across multiple countries. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders while ensuring strong financial governance, scalable processes, and disciplined cost management.
The ideal candidate brings deep Finance BP experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates strong business acumen — particularly within customer-centric or service-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Finance Partnership: Partner closely with the multi-country Customer Service leadership team to drive financial planning, improve decision-making, and embed financial discipline into daily operations.
* Financial Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, policies, and controls. Provide expert guidance to support sustainable and compliant business growth.
* Market Expansion Support: Lead financial readiness for launches in new countries or cities by establishing scalable frameworks, ensuring operational continuity, and proactively mitigating financial risks.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in close partnership with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, and Internal Controls teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
* Budgeting & Forecasting Leadership: Own the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts for the Customer Experience (CE) business. Build a robust budget management structure and partner with stakeholders to drive accountability and financial performance.
* Advanced Financial Analysis: Develop a comprehensive financial analysis framework to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights — with a strong focus on cost efficiency and operational productivity within customer service environments.
* Data & Financial Digitalization: Contribute to the evolution of financial systems and digital tools by defining analytical and monitoring requirements that enhance visibility and decision support.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Solid experience in Finance Business Partnering or similar strategic finance roles.
* Proven exposure to multi-country or regional operations.
* Strong business judgment with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
* Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency with financial and data analysis tools.
* Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments.
* Professional fluency in English.
* Experience managing finance for customer service, contact centers, shared services, or operations-heavy businesses.
* Background in multinational or high-growth technology, e-commerce, logistics, or platform companies.
