Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our client's Product & Engineering environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting one to two Scrum teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands-on role that requires a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
