What we expect from you:
Experience with CRM tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
Knowledge of automation flows and customer journey mapping;
Expertise in lead segmentation and customer database management for personalized campaigns;
Experience with Email Marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications;
Data analysis and CRM metrics (open rate, clicks, conversion, churn, etc.);
Integrations between CRM and other tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce platforms);
Knowledge of A/B testing for campaign optimization;
Proactivity, dynamism, and eagerness to learn;
Strong verbal and written communication skills for team and client interactions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns focused on retention, lead nurturing, and increasing LTV;
Creating and managing automation flows for nurturing and conversion;
Analyzing performance and suggesting improvements to increase engagement and conversion;
Segmenting leads and clients to create targeted campaigns;
Ensuring efficient integrations between CRM and media or e-commerce platforms;
Collaborating with Media, Content, and Performance teams to align strategies;
Implementing A/B tests to improve campaigns and flows;
Maintaining best practices in Email Marketing, such as list management and database hygiene.
