Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Campaign Manager to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across display and social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytical rigor with campaign execution and thrives in a client-facing environment. You''ll be responsible for ensuring ads are effectively trafficked, tracked, and reported — all while contributing to overall performance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels.
* Traffick ad creatives and implement tracking pixels using Google Ad Manager or similar platforms.
* Monitor campaign pacing, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure proper tagging and tracking.
* Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
* Collaborate with internal and client teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
* Ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks and client expectations.
* Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on paid media and ad operations.
* Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads.
* Strong knowledge of pixel implementation, campaign tagging, and data tracking methodologies.
* Comfort working directly with clients and explaining technical concepts in clear terms.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience working within an agency or client-facing environment.
* Familiarity with media planning or contributing to RFPs.
* Advanced Excel or data visualization skills (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
* Experience with other ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Pinterest, Programmatic).
* Knowledge of privacy and tracking changes (e.g., iOS14, GA4).
