Our goal is to make every company a wellbeing company. As a Sr. Manager Product Designer in Marketing Operations, you will oversee and coordinate the efforts of a team of web designers to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes.
You will set design priorities, distribute tasks based on skills and expertise within the team, optimize existing design systems and processes for scalability, and contribute directly to practical design tasks when necessary.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish design strategies that enhance user experience across multiple digital channels, including web and mobile platforms.
* Build efficient design process, delivering high-quality product interfaces while maintaining and evolving design systems for scalability and consistency.
* Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support for team performance and development while ensuring alignment with objectives.
* Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure the team is staffed to full capacity.
* Lead, mentor, and coordinate design efforts by delegating tasks according to skill sets and project demands.
* Participate in leadership discussions to interpret business strategy and apply it to design efforts, optimizing designs across channels.
* Oversee and enhance component libraries for scalability and mobile adaptability, collaborating with the team on documentation.
* Engage in strategic prioritization meetings to align design efforts with overall business goals.
* Ensure tasks are well-organized and documented for development handoff.
* Facilitate regular syncs with development and other departments to refine workflows and maintain alignment on goals.
* Continuously refine and optimize design processes to improve delivery quality and team efficiency.
