Responsibilities
* Analyze and formulate overall solutions based on deliverables
* Develop requirements for given streams and resolve issues as needed
* Manage day-to-day tasks to complete various deliverables
* Contribute to support groups' efforts in resolving requests or issues
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements
* Follow up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations, and practices globally
* Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles
Skills and Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience with Murex functionalities
* 2+ years of experience in financial markets technology
* Hands-on experience in Murex infrastructure, environment, config management, back-office workflows, datamart, market data, batch processing, end-of-day flows, interfaces, and trade life cycle
* Strong personality, logical and analytical skills
* Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization skills
* Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM
* Good understanding of P&L concept and its components
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
* Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving daily issues
