Job Summary:
The Director of Salesforce Implementation leads a team of experienced professionals across the US and LATAM in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in implementing Salesforce solutions.
* Develop and refine delivery processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (consulting or client-side).
2. 3+ years leading technical or consulting teams preferably remote or geographically distributed.
The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with proven leadership skills in team management. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Automation Platforms MCAE MCE is required as well as ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects large-scale client engagements resource planning time tracking utilization reporting delivery KPIs.
