Business Process Analyst
Role Overview:
This is a pivotal role that serves as the bridge between business objectives and technological implementations. The incumbent will analyze and interpret business requirements, convert them into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
* Develop wireframes and mockups to visually represent proposed solutions.
* Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Design and execute test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years in a business or technical analyst role within an IT environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Languages: Proficiency in English and/or French.
* Tools and Abilities: Familiarity with business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, and project management software like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
