The RoleWe are hiring an Enterprise Account Manager based in Latin America to manage and grow relationships with US-based enterprise clients. You will act as the primary relationship owner for HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, ensuring they achieve measurable hiring results using the Cadient platform. This role is responsible for client retention, revenue expansion, and strategic account management. You will operate as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize hiring performance while identifying opportunities to expand their use of Cadient solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Client RelationshipsManage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts in the United StatesServe as the primary point of contact for HR and talent acquisition leadersConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) analyzing hiring performance and platform usageEnsure strong platform adoption, satisfaction, and measurable outcomesMonitor client health signals and proactively resolve risksDrive Revenue ExpansionIdentify opportunities to expand platform usage and servicesDrive renewals, upsells, and cross-sellsBuild expansion pipelines within existing accountsWork closely with sales leadership on strategic account growthCoordinate Across TeamsPartner with product, support, and implementation teamsEnsure issues are resolved quickly and professionallyBring customer insights back to internal teams to improve product and service deliveryWhat We''re Looking ForRequired36 years experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS client managementExperience working with US-based customersFluent English communication skillsStrong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneouslyComfortable discussing business outcomes, ROI, and performance metricsExperience working remotely across US time zonesPreferredExperience in HR technology, SaaS, or recruiting platformsFamiliarity with platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, UKG, Paradox, or similarExperience working with enterprise HR or talent acquisition teamsExperience supporting high-volume hiring industriesSpanish or Portuguese is a plus.
