Right now there are many open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a global recruitment team and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation matters.Our clients are mainly within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. The role emphasizes joy, trust and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden.Explain and promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates.Build trust with candidates and guide them through the relocation process.Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation arrangements.Coordinate with clients in various focus areas (software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development).QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality standards and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of several contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, social, friendly and motivated; resilient with a positive attitude toward challenges.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full-time position.Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.Location: Remote working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
